What an enquiry collects
The contact form requests your name, organisation, email, optional telephone number, area of interest and project description. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, controlled technical data, confidential designs or security-classified material. A confidentiality arrangement and secure transfer method should be agreed separately.
Purpose and disclosure
Information is intended to be used to assess and respond to your enquiry, not to subscribe you to marketing. When configured, Cloudflare processes the request and spam check, and Resend processes the notification email. These providers may process information outside Australia. Your IP address is used for spam prevention and rate limiting; application code does not log your enquiry or store it in a database.
Security and retention
The service requires server-side validation, a same-origin request, a spam challenge and rate limiting. An accepted enquiry is sent to the configured business mailbox. Operational retention periods, mailbox access controls and the legal entity responsible for enquiries must be confirmed before launch. Provider logs and mailbox retention are separate from the application and require owner review.
Analytics and local storage
No advertising trackers or analytics are enabled. No enquiry data is saved in browser storage. If enabled for contact delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile is used for abuse prevention. A privacy review is required before introducing analytics or additional third-party services.
Access, corrections and privacy enquiries
Use the contact form to request access to or correction of information, or to raise a privacy concern, once enquiry delivery has been activated. The approved business contact and responsible legal entity must be added before public launch. The website is not ready for public enquiry collection until those details and this notice are approved.
